This policy describes information handled through TrueNorth Lending LLC’s B2B website and related business inquiries.
Information provided by you
The consultation form requests your name, company, business email, service interest, and message. Your phone number is optional unless you choose SMS. If you choose SMS, the form also records that choice and the disclosure version. Please do not submit sensitive financial information or client customer records.
Website and form processing
Our hosting and form-processing providers process website requests and form submissions to operate the site and deliver inquiries. This may include technical information such as IP address, browser details, request timing, and security logs. The website itself does not load advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party chat widgets, and does not set analytics or marketing cookies. Your browser or hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver or protect the service.
How information is used
We use business inquiry information to respond, schedule consultations, provide requested support, discuss services, and manage business communications. Separately authorized SMS is limited to the service purposes described at opt-in.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell website inquiry information or distribute it as leads. Providers supporting hosting, forms, email, messaging, and business operations may process information for those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect security and rights.
SMS privacy
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process this information to deliver messages on our behalf. SMS permission applies to TrueNorth’s service messages and is not permission for unrelated businesses to contact you.
Client customer information
Any handling of a business client’s customer information is governed by the separate service agreement and the client’s instructions. Our consultation form is not intended to receive those records. The client remains responsible for its customer permissions and notices.
Retention and security
Inquiry and service records are retained for the purposes described here, business recordkeeping, and applicable obligations. Retention depends on the record and engagement. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure; avoid sending sensitive information through public forms or ordinary email.
Your choices
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or changes to communication preferences. We will handle requests as applicable to the information and legal requirements involved. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact us directly.
